By texting the keyword PLAY to (805) 303-2301, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and consenting to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (game matches, court bookings, schedule reminders, and account notifications) from Pickleball Agent at the mobile number provided.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@pickleballagent.ai.
• We use your phone number and message content to operate the service (player matching, court booking, scheduling) and do not sell it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information will not be sold, rented, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to third parties.
