Rec sports run on volunteers, and volunteers run out of time. Every club, every open play, every city keeps its own schedule, its own group chat, its own island. Nobody is paid to stitch it together, so nobody does.
If you can't coordinate a game, you never get the chance to become part of the community playing it.
We didn't build Pickleball Agent to be another club.
We built it to connect the ones already here: one agent that knows every court, every club, and every open play across the region, and puts all of it to work for the player who just wants a good game.

How We Got Here
From an idea on the Central Coast to connecting recreational sports communities everywhere.
The Idea
It started as an idea: make it easier for people to find where to play, who to play with, and how to become part of the community. But tech doesn't welcome people into communities. Personalities do. So the idea became a character: THE PICKLEBALL AGENT, every guy you've ever met at a rec park rolled into one. The dad who won't stop telling you how good his kid is. The former college athlete who never quite closed the book on his glory days. He wandered onto a pickleball court, decided retirement was over, and ascended into the only role big enough for his personality: The Agent. Now he's the guy who does it all. Knows every court, works every angle, makes every call, and treats your Tuesday night game like a nine-figure deal. You have a guy now. Text him.

The idea became real. We launched the brand and started publishing content, hosting Beginner Sessions, and introducing new players to the sport. Our content crossed a million views, our website went live, and we began building distribution partnerships and our AI platform.

Founder
Soren founded Pickleball Agent to connect communities through recreational sports. He believes one of AI's successes should be measured by how well it connects people through real-life experiences. Pickleball Agent was an idea that needed to come to life. Bringing it to life took a team.
Q Perez
The Pickleball Agent
Q played college baseball at South Carolina. When the playing days ended, he took the only logical next step: pickleball. His run at the park made him the self-proclaimed #1 Rec Pickleball Player in the World. Recruited and appointed The Pickleball Agent, Q handles content creation and media collaborations. The ranking is debatable. The content is real. Q's job is simple: get you curious enough to show up.

Chief Pickleball Officer
Greg is the team's pickleball specialist. He connects with local clubs, facilities, businesses, and organizations to expand opportunities for players while helping grow the pickleball ecosystem across the Central Coast. You'll find him at the courts, at the intro sessions, in the games themselves.

Anthony oversees digital marketing and online growth. From website development and SEO to social media execution and content distribution, he helps ensure Pickleball Agent reaches new players wherever they are.
Dirk Jan van Veen
Chief Technology Officer
Dirk holds a PhD in multi-agent systems, the science of getting many independent actors to coordinate. His job is to get you off your phone and onto a court. Which is the vision, working.
