Two ways for a Central Coast business to work with us. Host an event at your venue and we bring the players, the format and the hosts. Or sponsor an event we are already running and reach that group without providing a court. Both route through one short form.

Host at your venue
You have courts, or space that can take temporary nets, and quiet hours you would rather fill. We bring the players, run the format and handle the day. Your side is the space, and telling your own audience it is happening.
Sponsor an event
No courts needed. You back an event we are already running and reach the people at it, which suits food and drink, retail, wellness and anyone whose customers look like the room.
What we ask for
Distribution. Your social, your list, your foot traffic. That is the trade: your reach for the event, our players and production. It is the part that decides whether an event fills.
How a partner event runs
The same format we use everywhere, which means you are not being asked to organise anything or to know the rules.
Questions
What kinds of businesses can host a pickleball event?
Anywhere with courts, or with space that can take temporary nets: clubs, resorts, breweries with a yard, community centres and sports facilities. If you are not sure whether your space works, ask and we will tell you honestly.
What does it cost a business to host or sponsor?
It depends on which side you are on and what you are providing, so it is agreed on a call rather than priced off a page. The usual trade is your space or your audience in exchange for the event and the players it brings.
Do we need to know anything about pickleball?
No. We bring the equipment, the format and the people who run it. Your side is the space or the reach.
Do you need insurance to host a private event on public courts?
Usually yes. Most public venues require whoever is hiring the courts to carry liability cover for the day, and many cities run a portal that sells exactly that policy in a few minutes. If we host the event it is covered by our own annual policy instead.
