French Park is the social centrepiece of SLO pickleball, and it is free. Arrive during an active morning window, find the paddle rack, and tell the group you are visiting. Seven courts, three dedicated upper and four lower shared, so the day's tennis and pickleball schedule matters. No lights, so this is a daylight session.

Del Mar Park

This route suits players who enjoy local open-play culture and lower-cost access.
